The Role
You will become part of our team and support us with accounting for approx. 1–2 hours per week. Your tasks include the careful recording and posting of business transactions, managing accounts, and ensuring that our finances are documented correctly and comprehensibly. Every booking contributes to keeping our non-profit work transparent and trustworthy. Thus, you will find meaning in your daily accounting routine.
Ideally, you bring...
- ... experience or solid knowledge in accounting
- ... familiarity with the SKR42 chart of accounts
- ... proficiency in using Zoho Books or similar accounting software solutions (you are tech-savvy)
- ... attention to detail and enjoyment of structured, conscientious work
- ... reliability and a sense of responsibility
- ... basic knowledge of taxes and compliance is also an advantage
