Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

We ship goods within Germany, the European Union, and internationally.
All physical products are shipped depending on the product type either directly from our warehouse, partner roasteries, or via certified fulfillment and dropshipping providers.

Digital products, such as downloads or digital content, are provided exclusively electronically and do not incur shipping.

Donations ("pure donations") do not include shipping.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product.

Germany:
Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
Dropshipping products: 5–14 business days

Europe:
Standard shipping: 3–10 business days
Dropshipping products: 7–20 business days

International:
Standard shipping: 7–21 business days
Dropshipping products: 10–30 business days

Note:
These times are estimates. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs clearance, transport, or increased parcel volumes.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country
  • Weight and volume of the order
  • Shipping method
  • Product type (stock items vs. dropshipping)

Digital products are free of shipping charges.

4. Delivery & Handover

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link (if available).

The risk of loss passes to the customer as soon as the shipment is handed over to the shipping provider, if the customer is a business.
For consumers, the risk passes only upon delivery to the customer.

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct.
In case of delivery issues due to:

  • incorrect address entry
  • refusal to accept delivery
  • failure to collect from a parcel shop

additional costs may arise, which must be borne by the customer.

5. Dropshipping & Partner Deliveries

Some products (e.g. coffee, textiles, handmade goods, impact products) are shipped directly from the manufacturer or partner business.

This means:

  • multiple items in one order may arrive in separate packages
  • different delivery times per package are possible
  • tracking information may vary depending on the partner

We only work with verified and reliable dropshipping partners.

6. Digital Products

Digital products are provided immediately after payment via email or download link.
No shipping costs apply.

7. International Deliveries & Customs

For deliveries outside the EU, additional

  • customs duties
  • taxes
  • import fees

may apply and must be borne by the customer.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

8. Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • high demand
  • production times
  • dropshipping availability
  • shipping carrier delays
  • customs clearance
  • natural events or force majeure

We will inform you if significant delays occur.

9. Undeliverable or Lost Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Lost shipments are subject to the policies of the shipping provider.
We will support you as best as possible in resolving the issue.
