Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration via email:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Compensation for Loss in Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods and contracts:

Pure donations that are explicitly designated as such, as they do not involve any consideration
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery
Food and other perishable goods; opened or partially used packaging is excluded from withdrawal
Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Digital content once the download or provision has begun with your express consent
Services if full performance has begun at your request and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal

Return Process (in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary return period of 30 days for unworn, unused, and complete goods.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us without delay if an item is damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not possible. The fastest solution is to return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we have inspected your return, we will inform you about the approval of the refund. The refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
