ROOTS & BRIDGES improves the living conditions of children and families in rural regions of South Africa. To do this, we develop Safe Parks that provide access to nutrition, education, protection, and new opportunities.
Our Shopify shop is already set up. Now we want to specifically develop it further to generate more one-time and regular donations. In the future, we also want to sell Social Profit products there, the proceeds of which will support our non-profit work.
For this, we are looking for voluntary support in the areas of Shopify, E-commerce, and digital fundraising.
Your Tasks
You will help us make the shop more user-friendly, visible, and effective. Possible tasks include:
- Optimizing donation pages and campaign pages
- Improving user guidance and the donation process
- Adjusting texts, buttons, navigation, and page structure
- Maintaining articles, product pages, and collections
- Optimizing SEO and blog posts
- Reviewing Shopify apps for donations and fundraising
- Analyzing key figures and implementing improvements
- Preparing the shop for Social Profit products and Agentic Commerce
You don't need to be proficient in all areas yet. What's important is that you have Shopify experience or a keen interest and are eager to learn.
