At ROOTS & BRIDGES, we work to create real change, and for that, we need your support. We are looking for a dedicated person to assist us in the area of Social Media and Media Design.
This is your task
We are constantly producing new material, videos, images, graphics, and content that needs to be prepared for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This is where you come in: you help us edit, optimize, and prepare this material for our various channels. Whether it's cuts, graphics, captions, or thumbnails, every little bit of support counts and makes a difference.
What we offer you
- Flexible hours: You decide how much time you want to invest. Whether it's 2 hours a week or 10, it adapts to your life.
- Professional tools: We provide you with a Canva Pro Subscription and work with Notion for content development and coordination. Other tools you need are possible.
- Hardware if needed: Depending on how intensive your involvement becomes, we will also support you with the necessary equipment.
- Meaningful work: You work on projects that really matter, for non-profit causes, children in Africa, and real change.

What you bring
You have experience or a great interest in social media, graphic design, or video editing. You enjoy being creative and preparing content in a way that reaches people. Reliability and initiative are important to you, and of course, the desire to do good. AI can be used, but we consciously want a human and authentic output in the end.
