Geschmack und Charakter

FLOW Coffee ist ein eleganter, ausgewogener Kaffee aus 100 % Arabica Bohnen mit Noten von Blaubeere, Jasminblüte und dunkler Schokolade.

Leicht und klar, mit einer feinen, fruchtigen Säure und einem ruhigen, runden Körper. Die schonende Röstung bringt die floralen sowie fruchtigen Noten nach vorne und hält den Kaffee gleichzeitig weich und bekömmlich. Perfekt, um deinen Flow Moment zu starten.

Herkunft und Verarbeitung

Die Bohnen stammen aus Äthiopien, Kenia und Indonesien auf Java und wachsen in Höhenlagen von 1.350 bis 1.600 Metern.

Gewaschen und sonnengetrocknet entsteht so ein klares, vielschichtiges Aromabild mit Struktur und Balance.

Zubereitung

Ideal für alle Kaffeezubereitungen, wie etwa den klassischen Filterkaffee, Chemex, French- oder Aeropress. Auch gut für den Vollautomaten, der Kaffee und keine Espressospezialitäten hervorbringen soll.
